Delivery:

At Japers.shop, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery process:

    • Please provide the delivery address during checkout. If you wish to change it post-dispatch, a redirection fee will apply.
  2. Dispatch Errors:

    • In case of dispatching with a wrong postal code, a refund for the item will be issued. To proceed, you must reorder and cover the postage.
  3. Delivery Timeframe:

    • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch (excluding UK Express). Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
    • Please note that delivery delays due to reasonable or unavoidable circumstances are beyond our liability.
  4. Refusal or Failed Delivery:

    • If delivery is refused or fails due to cancellation, a refund for the goods will be issued within 30 days. Return costs, if applicable, will be your responsibility.
  5. Non-Delivery:

    • Non-delivery is defined as orders not arriving within 2 weeks. Report any missing, damaged, or faulty items within 21 days of making your payment.
