- Please provide the delivery address during checkout. If you wish to change it post-dispatch, a redirection fee will apply.

Dispatch Errors:
- In case of dispatching with a wrong postal code, a refund for the item will be issued. To proceed, you must reorder and cover the postage.

Delivery Timeframe:
- Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch (excluding UK Express). Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Please note that delivery delays due to reasonable or unavoidable circumstances are beyond our liability.

Refusal or Failed Delivery:
- If delivery is refused or fails due to cancellation, a refund for the goods will be issued within 30 days. Return costs, if applicable, will be your responsibility.
